Back Knife Lathe
High precision, high precision, an excellent value for producting intricate turnings.
Fast Cut to Shape
The carriage is fitted with 2 half-round knives and 2 V-knives which, used in conjunction with a template, provide a very fast cut out of the rough profile. The specially designed copy wheels accurately follow the template allowing intricate profiles to be easily cut.
Precision Back Knife Assembly
The back knife is designed to be situated extremely close to the guide collar, Thus ensuring exceptional cutting stability. The aluminum alloy sash knife bar provides accurate mounting for the back knife and facilitates very convenient knife replacement.
Programmable Controller
The machine motions are controlled by a high performance controller for ease of operation. All the motion sequences can be indentified by signal lights. A product counter is provided on the control panel to indicate that product amount is being cut correctly.
Stable Back Knife Feed
The back knife is designed with an accurate 20 degree cutting angle to give a very precise finish. The precision linear motion guide on the back knife feed gives maximum cutting stability, even when working on hard wood materials.
