An efficient multiple rip saw that makes heavy ripping a simple operation.
Multiple rip saw is a single saw arbor configuration and performs bottom cutting. Featuring extra powerful feeding effect, the LMC-300E / 300S Series will exhibit higher ripping efficienty and productivity.
Gearbox and Cardan Shaft Drive
The feed rollers are driven by a combination of cardan shafts and heavy duty gearboxes, ensuring no loss of power transmission and extra powerful and accurate feeding performance.
Anti-Kickback Fingers
There are two rows of anti-kickback fingers equipped at the infeed end of the machine, providing added safety protection for the operator
Side Guard
A side guard is equipped for additional safety protection during cutting.
Convenient to Replace Saw Blade (Optional)
The machine is equipped with an additional shaft, enabling saw blade to be replaced conveniently and efficiently.
Standard Features
- Chrome hardened feeding table. Throughout 0.3 mm hard chrome plated on the feeding table surface result in extended service life of the table
- 2 stage pressure setting of feed roller pneumatically loaded roller allows for compensation for large variation in workpiece thickness. The maximum air pressure setting is 6 bar
- 0.8 meter infeed table. Adjustment range of edge-jointing fence is 10 mm.
- Power driven rollers. Power driven upper rollers and 4 units of bottom rollers together with power driven rollers on the feed table
- Cardan shaft transmission. Both upper and lower feed rollers are driven by cardan shafts without the use of chain transmission, which ensure extra smooth feeding effect, more robust, minimum maintenance, longer service life and increased accuracy.
