For All Your Woodworking Applications

Choice of Machine Models – From Maximac LMC-230M (2-Spindles) to LMC-1130M (11-Spindles)

Outstanding Features:

  • Moulders with CE certification
  • One-piece, extra heavy cast iron or steel machine frame is specially heat treated for maximum stability and rigidity by standard configuration
  • The full heavy gauge safety enclosure serves as a chip guard and helps to reduce noise
  • Table surface, guides, and chip breakers and are hard-chrome plated for maximum wear resistance.
  • Multiple pneumatic pressure of the feed rolls (3 stations infeed, midfeed & outfeed rolls) can be easily set to provide an outstainding capability
  • More top & bottom rolls than almost all competitive moulders – hence better feeding and control
  • Fast feed speed of up to 48 mpm (175.2 fpm) are standard and up to 90 mpm (300 fpm) – optional
  • Top heads have outboard support beams which automatically lock/unlock when resetting the top heads
  • Straight & profile jointer provides accurate operation with high quality finish at high speed fed rates
  • Hydro-loc quick change outboard bearings for horizontal spindles
  • Adjustment of each spindle can be easily performed using the front adjustment level
  • Digital readouts for the chip breakers shoes of top spindles
  • Automatic lubricator is provided to supply oil to the feed table

Top Cutterhead Fixing Cylinder

The top cutterhead is fixed by an additional air cylinder that fully prevents the top cutterhead from slipping down

Feed Table

The entire feed table is normalized heat treated for maximum stability. All tables except receiving table behind first bottom head are chromed for long life. Fence adjustment is quickly accomplished by means of a quick-setting level. Fence as well as infeed table & bottom Rools are quickly adjustable with digital position readouts.

High Precision Spindle

All spindles are precision constructed and specially heat treated to provide maximum cutting stability and permanent accuracy. 4 super precision bearings per spindle, PLU outboard quick set hydro-loc outboard bearing assembly on all horizontals. They are water and dust-proof. Standard spindle speed is 6.000 rpm-standar r 8.000 rpm is optional

Centralized Lubrication Points

Greasing to all critical parts is conveniently made by the centralized arrangement of colour coded lubrication points along the front of the machine

Convenient Spindle Adjustment

Adjustment of all spindles are easily effected by hand or automatically for some spindles. The adjustment point are all along the front of the machine, for more convenient and faster adjustment.

Pneumatic Pressurized Hold-Down Wheels

Hold-down pressure is adjustable, allowing for powerful, more stable and faster feeding.

Floating Bottom Feed Rolls

The floating feature of the bottom feed roll ensures smooth feed for any shape of wood

Powered Infeed Rolls

The smooth initial feeding of the stock is achieved by means of the independently powered infeed rolls. There are more Top & Bottom powered rolls than most competitors and this is a big reason for successful feeding

Air Floating Pressure Plate over Last Bottom Head

The pneumatically-controlled floating pressure plate ensures consistent quality with its above average flexibility for various shapes of workpieces

Heavy Duty Gearbox

The feed rolls are diven through a combination of extra heavy universal shaft and extra heavy duty gearboxes, ensuiring no loss of power transmission. A smooth feeding effect is assured. The heavy duty gearboxes has no backlash and provides powerful and accurate feeding performance. The top beam is supported by 3 vertical posts, similiar to the one shown

Pneumatic Loaded Chip Breaker Shoes For Top and Left Vertical Spindle

The pneumatic loaded chip breakers shoes hold wood firmly for high stability during cutting.
