CKM’s new FHL-60 Horizontal Auto Finger Jointing Line is designed for horizontal finger shaping and jointing operations. Unlike the conventional vertical shaping, the FHL-60 will make the finger jointed products more beautiful outlook. It’s especially ideal for producing solid wood parquet with high production rate up to 90 pcs per minute when the production is equipped with an automatic wood arranging conveyor table.

Wood Side Change Device
- After left finger shaping is performed, the side change device moves wood to the opposite side for shaping right finger.
- The device is equipped with a pressure sensor. In case wood is jammed, the machine stops automatically.
Combined R & L Shaping And Gluing in One Unit Max. 90 pcs/min. Throughput
- The specially designed combination of right/left shaping and gluing operations allows for continuous feed of wood, that makes maximum production rate of up to 90 pcs/min. possible.
Ultra Uniform Wood Pressure Device The wood pressure device at the cutting and left shaping mechanism consists of a plastic pressure plate and a cotton air hose, that ensures ultra uniform pressure for holding wood stably.

Powerful Suction Table
The suction table is designed to prevent wood from turning over before feeding into the pre-press assemble stand.
Manual Feed Table (Standard) The manual feed table allows the operator to place wood on the feed table.
Automatic Wood Arranging Conveyor Table (Optional)
- The automatic wood arranging conveyor table provides an automatic infeed of wood, that dramatically increases productivity.
- It is constructed of a conveyor table combined with brushes for auxiliary infeed of wood.

ASSEMBLE PRESS (Double Sides Pressing)
- The assemble press employs two hydraulic cylinder at front and rear, providing more powerful and faster jointing performance. This special design also assure extremely consistent jointing effect on the entire wood.
- The assemble press joints short stock to produce long board length up to 6800 mm.
- A synchronized 2-step process allows the back of the press to continue jointing and cutting to length while the front of the press is performing pressing and outfeed motions.
- Times of cut are controlled by limit switches, which permits for maximum 4 times of cut setting.

CHAIN DRIVE PRE-PRESS ASSEMBLY STAND
- The pre-press assemble stand employs chain feed, and provides 3 and 6 meters of length to choose from.
- This assemble stand provides pre-pressed board ready to be cut to length, and ensures accurate vertical and horizontal alignment of finger joint. The pre-press is fully synchronized with cut-to-length process.
