Function
It can realize multi-function machining such as end milling, engraving, opening, edge line, and punching. Applicable to all furnitures like European and American style, simple European, modern style, light luxury style, new Chinese solid wood furniture. It can process dining tables and chairs, shaped legs, and special-shaped accessories on solid wood furniture.
Machine Features
1. High-precision, stable performance of the absolute value servo is adopted. Equipped with Richauto A 18 4-Axis operating system, stable performance, multi-function, and easy to operate.
2. The programming software is independently developed and easy to operate.
3. Heavy-duty steel structure with high manufacturing precision and stable performance.
4. 2.2 kw high-speed spindle, water-cooled, speed can up to 24000 rpm, and the cutting speed is high.
5. The max. speed of the X-axis and Y-axis can reach 20 m/min, high working efficiency.
6. Equipped with a central lubrication system to automatically lubricate critical moving parts.
Machine Description
Machine Structure Processing
- The processing is carried out by the “MITSUBISHI” CNC. It is one-time processing and forming. The whole machine body is welded at one time.
- The metal heat treatment method of high temperature tempering ensures the machine tool will never be deformed.
Transmission
- Taiwan brand screw and guide rail, high precision and low wear, which is suitable for high-speed movement and greatly reduces the driving power required for the machine.
- XYZ-axis each have two guide rails, 35 mm, more stable.
- Easy to assemble and interchangeable.
Spindle Beam Structure
Monolithic beam structure with built-in spindle, more stability and keeps higher machining accuracy
Inverter
- Standard with 8 pieces 5.5 kW independent frequency inverter, stable performance, do not affect each other.
