Workpiece Detection Function

Control and Operating System

The equipment adopts an advanced and stable PLC system, paired with a 10 inches touch screen. THe automatic operation of the equipment can be displayed in real-time on the screen, and the one click automatic system is simple and convenient to operate, improving production efficiency

Spray Gun Oil Supply System

4 Japanese wata spray guns and 1 set of diaphragm pumps with pressure regulating valves, each gun’s pressure can be independently adjusted. Accurately control the air flow rate during spraying to achieve the best automization effect and reduce paint usage. Independent dual oil supply and dual return pipelines, easy to clean

Recycling System

An independent water curtain recycling system that flows the waste residue from th spraying room back to the waste residue box of the water curtain cabinet. After filtration, the water can be recycled, makin the waste residue easu to clean and reducing solid waste in the spraying room. The spraying room is clean and has less paint mist rebound.
