Sanding Machine
The function of the Sanding Machine is to accurately calibrate and polish wood panels such as Melamine Panels, Plywood, Blockboard, Particleboard, MDF, and OSB
We have developed a variety of models that can be equipped with automatic conveying lines for sanding panels ranging
from 3 mm to 54 mm in thickness. In terms of calibration, the maximum accuracy our sanding machine can calibrate till is 1 mm. With high accuracy calibration, we are able to lift work efficiency, save power and cost, and ultimately increase productivity.
In terms of polishing, our sanding machine is able to reach a polishing accuracy of 0.01 mm. This not only prevents the thin face from over-sanding which damages the panel,but also produces a refined and smooth surface.
