The enclosing cabin contains the over-spray and ensures the air exhaust through a series of dry filters and an integrated air suction system
Spraying arm installed on high precision linear guide with brushless motor drive for precise and smooth motion
As an option, it is also possible to install on the spraying arm a small container to feed the guns instead of using a pump. It is in this way possible to spray in low pressure even with 2 litres of lacquer
The ideal solution for operating in small batches, the conveying system features a paper protection system. The paper is automatically unrolled and rewound at the work-piece through-feed; it protects the belt conveyor below and immediately absorbs the overspray
Highly flexible and easy to use software control combined with the automatic detection of the required working width according to the pieces loaded control the opening and closing of the spray guns, thus reducing lacquer consumption. Working parameters are saved into recipes, which are recalled when needed
The spraying arm is always equipped with quick connectors for the guns holding plate, thus making it easy to replace the plate with another with a different gun setting
