Configuration of HL-P600A
- Taiwan brand pressure type large flow double diaphragm pump 1 set (with regulator) equipped with pressure reducing valve and flow regulating valve, for the safe feeding of paint
- Taiwan Cnseiko spray gun 4 pcs
- 1 set of pre-pressure air intake system and air intake filtration system
- Paint mist purification water curtain and exhaust system 1 set
- The automatic painting part uses 50 mm roller feed. The center spacing is 450 mm
- Spray painting system adopts automatic spray gun, solenoid valve independent control, improve the spray effect of paint, so that the paint on the surface of the workpiece is more uniform
- The angle and width of each spray gun are adjusted manually
- The external air is purified by pre-pressure, forming positive and negative pressure in the closed paint room. The paint room is equipped with a recycling system of stainless steel paint and a water curtain exhaust gas filtration and exhaust system
