Technical Info
- Full bevel can be made, the thickness of the panel is 12 – 18 mm
- The bevel-straight edge can be made into 3 mm or 5 mm, and the panel thickness is 16 mm, 18 mm or 22 mm
- To make a bevel-straight edge of 3 mm, the thickness of the tape can be 0.8 ~ 1.0 mm. To make a bevel-straight edge of 5 mm, the thickness of the tape can be 0.8 ~ 1.2 mm.
- For forming 7.5 kW motor is used for crushing to keep the sealing surface smooth
- Electric lifting and the pressure beam reduces labor intensity and increases efficiency and accuracy
- Edge banding tape grooving + board surface gluing
- Straight edge pressing + bevel edge pressing mechanism, press the straight edge firstly, and then the bevel edge. There is a straight pressing block under the first round of the bevel edge to improve the phenomenon of two right-angle cracks;
- The conveyor reducer adopts a high-efficiency hard-tooth surface reducer, which is powerful
