• It adopts precision gear rack transmission. The rack precision is DIN6, and it is ground by a precision grinder. High precision, no special refueling and maintenance are required
• CNC drill package is HOLD brand and it also adopts high-grade grinding gear transmission with high accuracy
• Two clamp hands are controlled by Servo for accurate positioning. When the gripper moves quickly, the lower gripper plate sinks to avoid touching the panel. Clamps are equipped with blowing function, which can blow off the dust on the gripper and avoid scratching the panel - Dust Collection
• Each processing part is equipped with dust collector - Software

• The processed and waiting to processing files are displayed separately, which is convenient to check whether the processing panel is missing
• Multi-axis NC system, multi-channel technology. Scanning and processing simultaneously to line up panels waiting for processing, it reduces the time for scanning codes. At the same time, discharging and processing control adopts multi-channel control technology, so the clamp will return to the receiving position for catching new panel one processed panel discharged
• The network realizes remote service, remote update, backup, and bus communication technology, which can provide various alarm information more conveniently and in detail, and better connect to the alarm interface of the MES system
