Machining Sequence Flow Chart
1 Material loaded on table. Material quality may be inspected at this time.
2 Perform trimming and shaping operations on left end of workpiece.
3 The operator change the material to right end for trimming and shaping operations.
4 After both ends of tenon have been cut, place the workpieces onto the table waiting for gluing jobs.
5 Performing hand gluing operations on F-G01.
6 The operator feeds workpiece to finger assembler (F-A06) for jointing operations.
7 Cut the workpiece to a desired length.
8 Finger assembler performs jointing jobs.
9 Final products outfeed and stay for a while for drying.
F-A06 Finger Assembler
- The unit is suited for jointing two short sticks end to end for producing a longer one, up to 4.5 meters in length.
- Except the material infeed and cut off are operated maually, entire jointing motions are automatically operated.
- Powerful hydraulic system provides extremely secure jointing results.
F-G01 Hand Gluing Unit
- The unit is designed for gluing the finger tenons before assembling, that greatly upgrades the jointing result.
- The unit is operated manually.
- Maximum width of gluing is 152 mm.
F-C51 Finger Shaper
- Designed for shaping the right and left tenon on a workpiece.
- A hand operated model . All motions are performed manually.
- The unit is powered by pneumatic system.
