Hot Air Edge Banding Technology
Zero glue line, Minimum heating time required, water resistant, saving the trouble of cleaning the glue pots.
To be used with edges with PVC, ABS, PP, PMMA or melamine coating.
Double Glue Reservoirs
Two glue reservoirs to quickly switch between colors and to achieve invisible joint.
Hotmelt Device / Top Melt / Bottom Melt Optional
Top pre-melter reduces heating time and increases the quality of edge banding.
Premilling Unit
- Equipped with diamond tools for better cut and longer use
- This device removes the burr or uneveneess on the edge of the workpiece, leaving a smoth surface for the edgebanding.
- Profiling units available upon request.
Trimming
Corner Trimming Unit
With 4 motors, this device works well with various edge thicnesses and invariably result in perfect round corner.
