  • ROUND-TRIP MOVEMENT POLISHING UNITS Competing with the conveyor flow polishing machine, our terrific round-trip polishing units can let the workpiece stay at the same place until getting the perfect result no matter how hard the paint is to save the time and manpower. Depending on the different hard of the paint, you can set up the number of the trip on the digital number counter before operating. The polishing unit will stop automatically after getting to the number.
  • INDIVIDUAL SPINDLE UP/DOWN SYSTEM This convenient system allows you to adjust different height of polishing textiles to the same bottom line to raise the usage of polishing textile, and to lower the textile costs
  • 3 SPEEDS MOVEMENT OF POLISHING UNITS are available for meeting the needs of the different hard of paint. The harder the paint is the more slowly the units move to achieve the perfect result.
  • SAFE CLAMPS are actuated by pneumatic controls for easy and safe operations. The polishing unit wont’t go, if the workpiece isn’t clamped securety to protect the operator and workpiece
  • WORKTABLE UP/DOWN is actuated by 1 HP power to save the manpower and operate easily and to lower textile costs.
  • UNIQUE DESIGN TWO UNITS POLISHING SPINDLES The unit with rough textile is for polishing off the sanding trace, the other unit with soft textile is to perform the perfect finishing. By means of this unique design, you can save the wax and get the perfect performance at the same time.
  • WORKTABLE HORIZONTAL OSCILLATION To achieve really even, smooth perfect performance.
