6M Heating and Leveling Machine

This machine is used for leveling and defoaming the coating to make the surface coating film more even.
Using far infrared heating principle, accelerate the evaporation and reflection of diluent or water in coating, shorten the time of coating waiting for drying, single stage temperature control, can be set for drying process temperature

The frame is made of 100 x 50 mm high strength square pipe steel, and the conveying is made of stainless steel mesh. High temperature resistant belt or aluminium pipe can be selected for conveying. Use abundant and skillful designated gear reduction motor. Wheel deceleration motor, use a flexible designated frequency converter to adjust speed
The temperature controller can effectively control the starting and closing time of heater to ensure the temperature of tunnel can meet the requirements of drying
IR far infrared ceramic lamp heating, independent temperature control system, can accurately control the required temperature. The oven side is easy to disassemble for convenient maintenance. Temperature control can be adjusted from 0° to the highest 100°
