Designed upon a portal geometry, it features 2 working tables working independently or simultaneously in case of large size components.
Each table is equipped with movable traverses and tables. The modular system of the tables allows the easy and rapid application of optional clamping system or tip-tailstock with continuous rotation, controlled by the CN axis.
Ideal to process complex pieces in a single positioning.

OPTIONAL HEAD
T1
One motor housed in hardened aluminium casting support, to create a perfectly rigid and compact unit. Ideal in all machining where the least encumbrance is needed. It is available with different powers and rotation speeds. The cooling system can be either by air or by liquid.
T2
1 double spindle motor on a single arm support. It is used in all those applications where few tools are needed (maximum 2) such as veneer bended seat sheels or plastic components after being pressed.
CU12
The drum-type tool magazine with 12 positions, model CU12, is an independent structure placed on one side of the machine. The rotation and this positioning the tool holder disk takes place by means of a bushless motor and its drive, being an axis controlled by the numerical control.
STANDARD WORKING TABLE
The TANDEM system is made up of beams and pods with integrated vacuum, adjustable between them in X and Y in such a way as to adapt to the shape of the workpiece. Possible placement of the piece directly on the beams by removing the raised pods: even greater working area in Z!.

STANDARD CLAMPING DEVICE
The clamping cylinders type BLOCK can be placed in any of the four sides of the aluminium pods. These ones have, in fact, a groove all around where the clamps are easily fixed by means of 2 screws. The clamping movement is from the top downwards. They are normally used to lock pieces of regular shape with the use a of a jig.

POSITIONING SYSTEM (QUICKSET)
To minimize the set-up times of the work centre there are 2 possible systems, both automatically managed by the software e-Lab.
Each element of the table (such as rails, TANDEM pods and clamping cylinders) automatically move to the programmed position, by means of brushless motors and digital drives.
