Micro-Feed Linear Detection System

During micro-feed system start up, the leveler advances to the panel stack position detector one the lifting table and a micro-feed material probe descends to the panel surface. During ascent of the lifting table, the magnetic scale automatically detects and sets material height, hydraulics stop vertical progress of the stack and the panel advances to the cutting position.

Quadruple column level lifting table

Features 5 HP hydraulic motor with 6 tons load capacity, quick lifting, stable, automatic or manual control of horizontal ballscrew motion.

Arranger

Arranger panels, when pushing panels to cutting area.

Saw carriage travels on single rail
machine body employs honeycomb structure to prevent distortion and deformation
Guide rail made of bearing steel. After high frequency treatment, guide rail OD undergoes two precision grindings and chrome plating to ensure long term wear resistance.
