CONSTRUCTION & FEATURES
SWING DOWN REAR TABLE
Avoids possible damage to the machine by preventing short work pieces and defective lumber from accidentally sliding between the chain and the table when they are fed to the end.
CYLINDRICAL GUIDE RAIL AND CAST IRON FENCE
it does not deposit dust and providesfast traverse performance. The fence is fixed by eccentric lever for convenient operation.
LASER DEVICE (OPTIONAL)
Provides convenient positioning of cut, which reduces material waste to a minimum.
SELF-LUBRICATOR (ELECTRICAL TYPE)
Lubricant flow rate suits constant speed of feed chain. If there is insufficient lubricant, the warning lamp lights up and the feed chain stops automatically.
SELF-LUBRICATOR (MECHANICAL TYPE)
Lubricant flow rate can be adjusted automatically with the feed chain speed variation. If there is no lubricant left, the warning lamp lights up and the chain stops automatically.
ANTI-KICKBACK FINGERS FOR OPERATOR SAFETY
The first row of anti-kickback fingers is independently mounted on an overarm, without being affected by the pressure elevation device. The independent second row of anti-kickback fingers is located at the front of the saw blade.
PRECISION-BUILT SAW ARBOR MOUNTING
Made of nickel-chrome steel, large in diameter,accurately ground and dynamically balanced, it runs on precision angular contact type ball bearings which eliminate any radial run out and axial thrust.
PRECISION CONYEYOR CHAIN AND GUIDE RAILS
Pins are ground. The chain blocks are diamond cut, precision machined and heat treated for positive lumber feeding. Expect years of glue line accuracy from these highly engineered components forged and cut from the best possible steel and cast iron.
