Straight Line Rip Saw
Maximum thickness of cut up to 125 mm. The eight timber holding rolls are arranged in six rows on both sides of the circular saw and supported by hinges so that motion is smooth and stable. Guaranteed length of glue joint is 5 m (15 feet).
Automatic pressure roll hoister (optional)
The hoister is convenient for wood milling operations that involve frequent variations of thickness. The pressure rolls can be rapidly raised and lowered by using an auto switch for convenient and safe operation.
Cylindrical guide rail and cast iron fence
It does not deposit dust and provides fast traverse performance. The fence is fixed by eccentric lever for convenient operation.
Swing down rear table
Avoids possible damage to the machine by preventing short work pieces and defective lumber from accidentally sliding between the chain and the table when they are feed to the end.
Anti kickback fingers for operator safety
The first row of anti kickback fingers is independtly mounted on an overarm, without beging affected by the pressure elevation device. The second row of anti kickback fingers is located at the front of the sawblade.
Laser device (optional)
Provides convenient positioning cut, which reduces material waste to a minimum.
Selft lubricator mechanical type (optional)
Lubricant flow rate can be adjusted automatically with the feed chain speed variation. If there is no lubricant left the warning lamp lights up and the chain stops automatically.
Self lubricator electrical type (optional)
Lubricant flow rate suits constant speed of feed chain. If there is insufficient lubricant, the warning lamp lights up and the feed chain stops automatically.
Precision built saw arbor mounting
Made of nickel chrome steel, large in diameter, accurately ground and dynamically balanced. It runs on precision angular contact type ball bearings which eliminate any radial run out and axial thrust.
Precision feed chain and guide rails
The feed chain blocks and guide rail are made of special cast iron. The high grade steel connecting pins are heat treated and ground.
