- Planer blade replacement system can greatly improve worker’s convenience in replacing the planer blade, and it significantly increases the changing speed and production efficiency
- The processing and sizing system adopts high-precision linkeage ball screw machine system and the high-precision magnetic grating positioning system, which brings the ultra high positioning accuracy. The machining accuracy is 0.08mm, and the repetitive positioning accuracy is 0.02mm. The piano-key type boot pressing system stands at the demander’s point of view to solve the problems of multiple thickness tolerances and the narrow materials cannot be simultaneously planed and sanded to maximize the production efficiency
