Bilateral Oblique Type Mill

This machine is a new type of oblique grinder for producing high-grade plywood that has been independently developed. The machine adopts a novel form of thick rubber block crawler conveying core board, the grinding system can be rotated, and the grinding angle, width and thickness can be adjusted easily. The feeding port adopts the conveyor belt to convey the core board and has a positive board system, which can automatically correct the deviattion and align the core board put on the conveyor belt into the grinding system. The electric control part adopts a programmable controller and human-machine interface touch screen programming control, which can realize the failure alarm and automatic shutdown of the overload of the conveying system and the grinding core boards. The machine is in a straight line, which greatly meets the actual needs of the majority of users for processing core boards with different lengths.
