Longitudinal Veneer Splicing Machine
- PBVS-1 Longitudinal Veneer Splicing Machine specially designed for the veneer jointing in the furniture, door plate and decoration panel fields. The edge gluing device with the heat curing achieve no glued gaps and no glued lines on jointed workpiece.
- Low friction factor of plate chain hold – down cylinders with the precise adjustment valve guarantees the funvtions unfer a small pressure of 0.2 kg, and assures the jointing operation of special treatment of the veneer at 0.3 m/min. Full pneumatic automatically controlling system offers convenient operations by any operators.
- Hydraulically pressing device provides stable joints, wide range of usafes and equips with the pressure adjustment valve of hold down cylinder for working on the maximum jointing thickness 2.5 m/min.
