Taiwan Edraw System:
Easy to learn, ordinary workers can operate after 2-3 hours practice. Using the tool holder for tool setting, no programming required, processing program is automatically generated on point and only takes about 10 minutes to adjust the job.
Processing Range:
The effective processing area of the equipment is 1500 mm. Dual zone processing. The products of four stations can be processed at one time, both sides can be processed at the same time, and the left and right circulation are discharged with high efficiency.
Body Structure:
The fuselage is welded by national standard square fitting which does not deform after long-term use. It has good stability, firm structure and is not easy to deform.

Configuration Intruction System

The servo drive and frequency converter adopt the WEIDE brand, and the realization of high-performance precision positioning control can meet the equipment’s high-precision positioning control and stable low-speed operation. All equipment control lines adopt flexible shielded lines, which are anti-interference and have a long service life to ensure the stable operation of the equipment without interruption.
The precision ball screw has very little rolling friction, is sensitive to input and has precise action, and can finely control small movements. The surface of the entire rolling part is quenched and hardened, and the wear and tear is very small, the initial precision can be maintained, and the service life is long.
Strengthened mobile working table, point column adopts national standard diameter of 25mm and hardened optical axis, stable and durable without deformation. Movable and sliding workbench structure adopts precise line rail, which can move flexibly and save time for machine adjustment.
