Edge Banding Direction
- High precision and quality thanks to advanced CNC and robot for metal work.
- Steel plate is cut by laser and welded to the body structure via one process that means the greatest reduction in error.
- Aluminum pressure beam provides excellent stiffness and long service life;
- Presser position manually controlled can be shown on the digital display device;
- Flat roller to press work pieces tightly but with few roller marks.
Long steel plate of high thickness and rigidity for longer service life and extra stability during the banding work.
The abrasive resistance of accurate semicircle guide rail is improved based on hardening treatment.
Conveying piece of high quality and longer service life.
The conveying motor makes variable frequency starting possible, very stable and equipped with braking system. Convenient to disassembly.
Two steel rods of high rigidity connect the “stretch support conveyor” to the machine body to ensure the stable conveying of the wide work pieces. Max stretching width is 600mm.
- Traditional way of gluing is stable, Teflon coated glue pot designed for EVA hot-melt glue with a high capacity.(about 5L)
Edge tape storage
- With high quality for longer service life.
Gluing and snipping
- Gluing the panel edge evenly thanks to a rotating gluing roller.
- Snipping air cylinder with electric controlled switch.
- One pre-pressure roller and three post rollers allow edge tape to be pressed on surface of panels firmly.
- Linear guide way structure at an angle of 45 degrees with 2 motors 0.35kw, 200hz, 12000rmp/min to remove the extra edge tape on front and back.
- 2pcs of saw blades (105*3*22*24Z) with independent cover.
- Rough trimming unit with 2 powerful motors (power 0.75kw; frequency 200hz; rotating speed 1,2000rpm/min) and 2 milling cutters;
- Positioning device with high stiffness and quality for longer service life.
- Scraping the edge by R2 cutters (Standard), making edge banding more beautiful.
- Air blowing device blowing toward the scraping cutters on upside and underside for cleaning the scraps on cutter surface and cooling.
2 motors (power: 0.55kw; frequency: 200hz, rotating speed:12000rpm/min). 2 fine trimming milling cutters (Standard: R2);
- Cleaning device to make sure the chips could fall into the dust collector exactly that provides a good working condition for longer service life.
- Lubrication system could meet the requirement of daily maintenance, easy operation and save the possible costs.
- Buffing by dual screen cloth structure is the last step to make perfect edge banding to make the edge shining, more stable.
- Independent suction hood (φ125mm) on processing units are fully covered:

–Fine trimming *1
- A switch outside the machine enables the operator to stop or start the machine anytime during the process that provides the max. convenience to adjust or test the machine.
- The operation interface with 7’’ touch screen is intuitive and simple, information on the machine status is available at a glance. System languages: English, simplified Chinese, and traditional Chinese.
- Each working unit is controlled by independent frequency converter.
Interval feeding detection system
- Controlling processing distance to enhance productivity.
Max. panel thickness detection
- If panel thickness over the limited position, conveyor will stop at once that prevents possible damage to the machine.
- To stop running at once, guarantee operator life safety.
