1. Fiber Reinforced V-belt

Panels evenlypressed by fiber reinforced V-belt to ensure smooth conveying, clean with no marks, resulting excellent edge banding quality

2. Pre-melt gluing unit / Automatic feeding unit
Pre-melt gluing unit saving heating-up time, reducing the carbonization and vulcanization from burning up of glue resins, also binding better between tape and panel.
Optional to put PUR or hot-air system

3. Edge tape feeder by servo motor
Compared with traditional edge tape feeder, higher trimming precision controlled by servo motor, cost saving up to RMB20-50K per each machine due to shorter hanging out of tape at two ends.

4. Dual rail end trimming unit
Dual rail end trimming unit: front & Back tape trimmings by two separated cutters mounted on rails, no waiting from only one single rail, hence higher productivity and stability.

5. Fine trimming unit/scraping units adjustable for different thicknessed by cylinders
Fast switch between thin tape and thick tape due to adjustable 2 sets of each fine trimming units and scraping units, resulting shorter setting up time, stable quality, max convenience and higher productivity.

6. Off-cut Device
Off-cut device cleaning tape threads from scrapping, as to prevent any problem later during flat scraping and buffing

7. Oscillating buffing
Unique oscillating buffing more effective, preventing high wear & tear, offering longer life time.

8. 2 pre-melt gluing units
with 2 pre-melt gluing units, switching from one of two glue colors to match edge tape, optional to choose PUR and Hot-air system
Note: Automatic edge bander configuration “M” model with double glue. Optional quick melt adhesive

9. 4 tapes servo feeder
2×4 tapes feeding system with edge tape detector, avoiding extra costs caused by not changing of edge tape in time, also used as edge tape storage hence shortened down time, meaning improved productivity.

10. 4 motors corner trimming
Precise corner trimming for better finish and speed.

11. Grooving
Bottom grooving is standard, optional for side, top grooving.

12. Energy saving
Stand-by mode automatically turned on when machine stop working for a certain period (according to setting time); then glue temperature lower down to prevent carbonization, so as rotating of glue roller in order to save energy.

13. Control system
Using encoder instead limit switches for lesser problems but higher accuracy and longer life span; also recording data for statistical analysis such as tape wastage and operating ratio, therefore better manufacturing management.

14. Flexible additional feeding device (High speed automatic edge banding machine as optional)
Flexible additional feeding device solved difficulties of long narrow panel running within edge banding line, ensuring right square for high quality panel
