FUNCTION

This series of equipment serves to film the surface of various kinds of high grade PVC membranes, hot-transfer printing, PVC doors and veneers. According to different demand from clients, various kinds of special equipment are available to promote their production efficiency and reduce their energy consumption.
  • The equipment frame is welded with quality steel materials. The force-bearing points are strictly calculated. Without deformation, the stability is high. The 2580C/E frame is made of six steel plates without welding deformation.
  • The travel electromotor for plate movement is controlled by a frequency governor to ensure stable movement.
  • The operation system uses the international branded PLC. The touch control screen, with leading technology and high automatic level, provides easy and convenient control.
  • The vacuum pump select Germany famous branded and domestic straight-through vacuum pump which adopt Germany technology. Both obsess high quality and stability.
  • The key components of electrical system use international branded products such as Schneider, Weidmuller and Delta.
  • The main engine of hydraulic pressure system uses a Taiwanese system. The plate plug-in principle features advanced structure, low malfunction rate, high flow and rapid pressure, thus promoting production efficiency.
  • Rich optional devices are available, which can extend the performance functions and convenience of equipment.
