Features of Optimizing Movable Rip Saw
- Saw blades moving control by the joystick with laser beam guide to choose the optimized area or avoid defects and optimized ripping, thus to achieve the best yield effects.
- Maximum 3 moving saw blades compatible with multiple fixed saw blades to complete the work of cutting width and edging on single timber. One movable saw can replace 2~3 units of Single rip saws.
- Adopt with the color touch screen for operation, guide the operation with the icons, easy learning.
- Utilization and electrical current using amount can put in statistics and can be conversed to carbon emissions to cater ESG and net-zero emission trend (optional).
- 7~10% increase in yield compare with conventional multiple rip saw.
- Allow single person to operate the machine, and the operating position is out of harms way from kickbacks.
Accessories of MRS-340M
Air Loaded Pressure Rollers
The complete air loaded pressure rollers and the patented design hold down plate can esnure the stability when cutting wood, thus to achieve the board glue joint effect after ripping.
Anti Kickback Guarding System
Hardened steel anti kickback finger system (2 upper rows and 1 bottom row) are engineered for greater operator safety.
Sensor Diagnostic
Vibration sensor and thermo sensor can be added for the pre diagnostic function. This can detect saw blade wear and machine abnormal precautions.
Specially Designed Feed Chain with Replaceable Surface Pads
Two replaceable surface pads are available:
- Rubber surface pads that do not damage the wood surface.
- Forged surface pads for processing the board with rought surface.
Mechanical Lubricator
- The mechanical oil supply design can avoid the risk of electronic failure and ensure that the feed chain is always oiled.
- The oil amount can be automatically adjusted according to the feed speed.
- The oil supply pressure can reach 100 kgs, which can avoid the oil holes being stuffed with wood chips.
Saw Arbor Motor
Electrical cabinet upgraded with permanent magnet synchronous motor can reduce at least 5% of the power. Also, this motor has stable torque and will not lose torque like traditional motor even in heavy loads. (optional)
Sleeve Type Multiple Rip Saw (Optional)
With optional accessory, the machine can be worked as a sleeve type multiple rip saw.
