C – Sawing Unit
Suitable for sawing groove and straight cutting.
G – Sponge sanding unit
To supplement for sanding and grinding of the plain and curved surface. Sponge sanding unit has equipped with auto forward/backward and oscillation systems.
K – Copy shaper unit
- The 1st copy shaper unit is reverse cutting The
- 2nd copy shaper unit is positive cutting
- The 1st copy shaper unit has devised with time control for auto forward / backward so as to prevent the end part of the timber being broken
S – Belt sanding unit
- Each belt sanding unit has equipped with frequency converting speed. The resolving speed can be regulated from 0-1800 rpm.
- The angle of sanding head unit can be changed to downward and upward.
- Belt sanding unit has equipped with sanding head auto forward/backward, oscillation, sanding head cooling and belt cleaning systems
T – Trimming unit
Single side top and bottom trimming unit
W – Sanding wheel unit
To supplement for sanding of the sharp angle. Sanding wheel unit has equipped with auto forward/backward and auto compensation system.
Double side top and bottom trimming unit
WG – Sponge & wheel sanding unit
Specially for multiple needs such as sanding, grinding, trimming and cleaning. WG unit has equipped with auto forward/backward, oscillation and compensation system.
