  • Right side brush head which can make an angle and move forward and backward.
  • Left side brush head which can make a cross movement by handle wheel.
  • Working height adjust by hand wheel.
  • The main frame is fabricated of heavy steel plate and ribbed to minimize vibration and deflection.
  • Brushing head combined cleaning brush units and abrasive cloth units. It has been designed for replacement conveniently.
  • It can be used to sand architrave and molding for 3 sides.

  • All operating controls are centralized in a convenient control panel. Large clearly identified and color coded push buttons simplify set up and start up.
  • Roller conveyor 1,840mm long with rubber rollers, working height 852mm. Conveyor speed variable adjustment by adjusted knob.
  • Two sets top brushing heads variable speed adjustment by inverter. Working height adjustment by hand wheel.
  • One set bottom brushing heads variable speed adjustment by inverter. Working height adjustment by hand wheel.
  • Side brush heads in right and left hand side on the machine. Left side is a moving brushing head adjusted work position by handle-wheel.
  • Brushing head combined cleaning brush units and abrasive cloth units. It has been designed for replacement conveniently.
  • Hold down roller frame with 6 sets spring loaded hold down roller.

  • Short part kit device support shorter wood-piece at minimum 10” (254mm) length.
  • Oscillation function solves the problem for very thin sanding grain of surface of wood-piece.
