FUNCTION
- The equipment frame is welded with quality steel materials. The force—bearing points are strictly calculated. Without deformation, the stability is high. The 300B frame is made of quality steel plates. The screw thread connection can effectively prevent frame deformation caused by welding connection.
- All of the transfer wheels are made of silicone rubber and aluminum featuring light weight and high strength. The rolling wheels are made of imported quality silicone rubber featuring good wear—resistance, glue sticking resistance and long service life.
- The fixation frame of glue spreading system and glue spreading disc feature high accuracy and high stability, which guarantee even the average glue spreading. The hoisting glue disk can be adjusted awaiting to the height of work pieces, which can minimize the angle between veneers and work pieces, thus promoting the wrapping rate of finished products.
- The hot glue tank and hot glue disc can be heated synchronously, which can satisfy mass production without frequently adding glue.
- A wealth of optional devices is available, which can extend the performance functions and convenience of equipment.
