Manual Edge Banding Machine
- A Safety device of the thermostat circuit kick off controls the required operating temperature.
- Length of edge materials precisely controlled by encoder.
- An unique adjustment device for bottom edge materials which does not need top and bottom trimming.
- Available for variable speeds type or (E) model four speeds controlled by belt upon customer’s request, the fastest speed reaches 25 M/Min.
- Dual foot pedal switches provide an individual start or a stop during operations to improve the productivity.
Besides having all features of EB – 1M the following features are added to these models,
- Same as EB – 1M have moveable pressure rollers and using a pneumatic device to cut off the edge material on 0-3 – 3.0 mm range.
- On Swiss – made 3400 W hot air blower and moveable pressure roller. The most suitable for 3 mm profile edge banding.
- Beside having all features of EB – 1, these models have moveable pressure rollers, and air cut. The banding thickness can be 0.3 up to 3 mm.

- 0,73 HP / 18.000 RPM high frequency motors for top, bottom & R-shape trimmings.
- Upper motor can be moved forward for tilted panel trimming operations.
- Available cutters to be used from 0.3 mm up to 5.0 mm
