HY-F Series – Glue Series
HY-FA – Hot Glue Series
HY-FA profile wrapping machines are for wooden veneer, paper, and PVC wrapping. Heating bucket heating box which applicates for hot roller and preheating and melting the solid glue fastly, can be adjusted for controlling the volume of adhesive. Customers can choose trimmer device or not for lateral veneer surplus cutting.
HY-FB – Cold Glue Series
HY-FB profile wrapping machines is suitable for wrapping with various kinds of films and decorating paper wrapping. There is doctor blane for coating the glue on the back side of film. Another roller coater is for coating PVC glue on paper before wrapping.
HY-FC – Hot Glue Series
HY-FC profile wrapping machines combines the hot function with cold glue function which can supply customers with choice for different materials while with a small quantity. They are with hot melt applicater for EVA, PO. Doctor blane can be used for solvent base on various kind of plastic film. PAVc adhesive is suitable for roller applicater. Three applicater is flexible for different materials like Veneer, PVC film, decorating paper with MDF, PVC plastic profile as well as aluminium and plywood wrapping.
