Hot Press Automatic Type
- For operators’ easy and exact feeding, large rollers are adopted, the distance between input & output conveyor and table lifter is short.
- The input conveyor has a feeding guide to avoid drawn and bended.
- There is pusher on the output conveyor. It will push the veneer straight out. Table lifter has a belt conveyor and can load quickly.

Energi Saving
- The lifting is assited by pressurized nitrogen gas to save energy and faster operation. It will prevent pump overheating and overloading.
- The pressure in the nitrogen tank is controlled by a smart control system. Pump platform supply and transfer control motion are decided upon pressure volume so as to level operation.
Time Saving
- The clamp is covered with rubber to avoid damage to the plates.
- The pusher & puller of the clamp are controlled by hydraulic cylinders and can clamp the plate is simultaneously.
- The clamp moves toward the center from top and bottom simultaneously. It can clamp the plate more preciously without damaging the surface. The efficiency is higher with shorter loading and uploading time.
Smart Control System
- Use touch control panel and PLC control system, professional and accurately controlled by computer to save labor.
- It has a database for pressure, temperature, and time, so the operator only needs to select the size and thickness of th products and the press can operate effective with proper hot press settings.
- There is a clear warning system. When error happens, the loud and clear alarm signal will remind operator to check machine condition to avoid damage.
