5D-Optimizes adopts an open interface, which can seamlessly connect the NC programs generated by major mainstream CAM software (AlphaCAM, MasterCAM, UG, PowerMill…). It can be automatically optimized to make the processing path more fluent, which can effectively improve the processing efficiency. In case of interference, avoidance can be added quickly to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
5D-Optimizes can perform position fine-tuning, tool length compensation and mirroring operations for independent NC programs. With on-the-go preview simulation function, it can quickly and accurately verify the correctness of the program.
