Configuration Details
- Hold patented: one of the upper spindles is equipped with both a horizontal saw blade and a vertical milling cutter, which can complete the processing of lamp line grooves and lamp strip grooves.
- Mini. panel size: 70 x 30 mm
- Unique feeding clamp design: the middle clamp features an opening, allowing small panels to be drilled close to the clamp position. A single clamp with four positioning columns ensures greater stability when machining narrow panel pieces.
- The booster pump only supplies air to the drill set independently, which is more reliable an ensures the drill depth.
- Intelligent upper positioning device with intelligent angle error centering function, which does not affect the positioning of arc shaped or fan shaped parts.
- Intelligent side support system
- Can be connected to various order splitting software
- Automatic size indentification, connection to order splitting software, display of four sided sealing tape thickness information for convenient board placement.
- Supports simulation function, allowing processing actions to be viewed in advance to avoid misprocessing.
- Multi-axis CNC system and multi channel technology enable the machine to pre-scan multiple workpieces to be processed, queue them and reduce scanning time. At the same time, multi-channel control technology is used for material discharge and processing control, so that the wooden boards can be quickly returned to the receiving post for processing as soon as they are released from the clamp.
