Technical Info
- The drill bank is arranged to a compact and reasonable structure. The wooden plug holes and glue plug holes in any position of the plate can use two drills at the same time, which is better than the L-type common structure.
- In middle of the upper driiling bank, there is an additional dust port to solve the dust problem on the plate surface
- The minimum machining distance of the vertical holes of double drill bank is 64 mm. The minimum plate width with left and right horizontal holes of double drill package is 188 mm
- Minimum test panel is 70 x 30 mm
- The feeding gripper adopts a unique design. With hole in the middle, so the small plate in the gripper position can be punched nearby. Single clip hand with four positioning column, so processing small plate is more stable.
- The booster pump only supplies gas to the drill bank independently. Pump only for the two upper and one down drill banks, so the hole depth is more stable and guaranteed
- Intelligent up positioning device. When there is arc-shaped, fan-shaped plate, positioning will not be affected. Rectangular plate can achieve the intelligent center function of diagonal line deviation
- After artificial anneling aging treatment, the long-term use stability is good
- After the large gantry machining center overall precision machining, it is high precision
- Vertical drilling with four drill head in a square, it can simultaneously drill adjacent large and small hole process
- The upper 9 kW ATC spindle with 6 tool magazine is suitable for milling, light groove slotting, and other invisible part process. Cross milling head (K) is optional
- Super large pressure-stabilized gas storage tank. It makes the working pressure more stabler.
- Intelligent side aligner system
- It adopts precision gear rack transmission. The rack precision is DIN6, and it is ground by a precision grinder. High precision, no special refueling and maintenance are required
- CNC drill package is Hold brand, and it also adopts high-grade grinding gear transmission with high accuracy.
- Two clamp hands are controlled by servo for accurate positioning. When the gripper moves quickly, the lower gripper plate sinks to avoid touching the panel. The gripper can be equipped with blowing function, which can blow off the dust on the gripper and avoid pinching the panel
- Each processing part is equipped with dust collector

- Panel size can be read automatically. Docking order production software, displaying the information of the thickness of the four-sided edges, are convenient for placing panel

- Big data analysis, it counts the processing times of each boring head up to the set use times, and prompts to change the boring head
- Processing statistics function: statistics of the QR code information of each panel, processing start time, end time, time spent, and the time inverval for placing panels to facilitate employee performance management.
- The processed and waiting to processing files are displayed separately, which is convenient to check whether the processing is missing
- Multi-axis NC system, multi-channel technology. Scanning and processing simultaneously to line up panels waiting for processing, it reduces the time for scanning codes. At the same time, the discharging and processing control adopts multi-channel control technology, so the clamp will return to the receiving position for catching new panel once processed panel discharged
- The network realizes remote service, remote update, backup, and bus communication technology, which can provide various alarm information more conveniently and in detail, and better connect to the alarm interface of the MES system
