Production Flow Chart
1. Initial material loading.
2. Material loaded on hand feeding table, and quality may be inspected at this time.
3. Material is fed into finger shaper (Left end).
4. F-C21 perform trimming, shaping on left end of workpiece.
5. Workpiece standby on hand feeding table, and quality may be inspected of this time.
6. Workpiece travel into finger shaper (Right end) by operator.
7. F-C22 perform trimming, shaping on right end of workpiece.
8. Workpiece travel to hand feeding table, another inspection is conducted at this station.
9. Operator puts workpiece on conveyor table before finger assembly.
10. Workpiece Travel forward for cut to length.
11. Finger assembly performed with powerful hydraulic unit.
12. Final production outfeed and stay for a while for drying.

F-A05 FINGER ASSEMBLER
For jointing two short sticks end to end to produce a longer one, up to 4.5 meters or 6 meters in length. Two-step sequence of finger assembler from feeding, multiple-step cut-off to pressing, outfeed is synchronized.
