Eight Lamp UV Dryer

The UV drying system adopts imported quartz tube material, strong UV and high pressure mercury lamps, (optional ones lamps and other metal halogen lamps)
Equipped with anode aluminum focus reflector lamp shade, with special rectifier and trigger, four side lamp powers is 3 kW/unit, four lights up and down are 4 kW/unit, frame has independent cooling device through the pipe connection each lamp housing, good heat dissipation effect
The exhaust fan and the cooling fan are 2.2 kW multi-wing fans, and the air volume can reach 4300 m³/hour.
The bottom lamp is heated by an independent 230W small fan

Conveyor adopts electroplating roller with a shaft head Ø25 mm, and wheel surface is equipped with in both baffle sides ring, the roller is 45 steel, bearing with seat aligning ball bearing.
The frame of the whole machine is made of 2T cold plate material (SPCC) and square pipe welding, with high strength.
Conveying active motor 0.75 kW, Taiwan brand gear reducer, frequency control, speed 10-25 m/min
