• The interior of the lamp box is well ventilated, effectively prolonging the service life of UV lamps, transformers and capacitors.
• The side panels, the import and export shielding panels are equipped with anti ultraviolet radiation barriers to effectively isolate the ultraviolet radiation
• The conveying device adopts professional structure to extend the service life of the conveyor belt and ensure the bright surface of the painted pars
• The man-machine interface of the integrated operation panel, the operation procedure and the operation state of UV are displayed directly on the screen. The operation of the UV system can be monitored and controlled completely. The mercury lamp and gallium lamp made according to CE specifications can be interchanged on the same lampshade
• For different types of UV coatings (Acrylic or Polyester-based), full-focus or semi-focus lampshades can be selected; the rack is made of high-strength industrial aluminum 50 x 200 series with 3T cold plates
• Conveyor chain adopts high precision short pitch extended pin roller chain series, high strength industrial aluminium profile series size (stainless steel mesh conveyor and roller conveyor can be selected), conveyor adopts aluminium alloy sheel gear reducer motor and frequency converter control.
• UV drying system adopts imported quartz tube material strong ultraviolet high pressure mercury lamp (such as special gallium lamp for non-ferrous paint selection, strengthening drying), with aluminum focusing reflector lamp shade, high capacity special capacitor to regulate the radiation energy of lamp tube, with independent heat dissipation centrifugal fan device
• The use of integrated electronic control box control, can be better used for machine maintenance it is equipped with aluminum alloy shell centrifugal fan, can better promote the heat dissipation of the machine
