DD Saw and Sanding Combination Line

Introduction:

• The DD saw and sanding combination line is a flow production line which put automatic longitudinal and transverse four edges trimming saw and sanding machine together, which is used for saw cutting edges confirmed size and fine sanding up-down surface of particle board, middle/high particle board, MDF/HDF, fiberboard ect, satify the demand of surface quality and precision thickness. This production line is mainly including automatic longitudinal and transverse four edges trimming saw, sanding machine and conveying platform and so on
• According to market demand, the machine designs has the perfects automatic longitudinal and transverse four edges trimming saw which is a new generation product, it guarantees processing high precision and at the same time improve production efficiency. The main usage is processing the four of all kinds of man-made board, such as faced particle board, fiberboard, plywood and core-board. This saw can use maatching with plywood flow line, building template line, core-board line, particle board line, MDF/HDF board line, straw board line, laminated board and so on
• We can manufacture suitable dedicated, production line for customer according their requirements. So far we have developed 3 x 6 feed, 4 x 8 feet, and other various specification, which meets man-made board companies requirements, the whole production line has below characteristic

Characteristic:

• All the whole production line of loading, saw cutting, sanding, feeding and stocking prefers to adopting concentrated one start and stop control button. Using good quality of touching screen to operate, which can do local operation alone and it is easy to debug. The actions of eeach other is coherent, coordinate and compact, and the whole line is high production efficiency, high sawing and sanding precision and safe and reliable
• All the production equipment in the production line are manufactured originally without subcontactors supplies, perfect and high efficienct after-sales service
• The push plate machine can achieve no gap to push plate, it is high production efficiency
• This four edges saw is set special taking back edgings conveyor, which conveys the saw cutting edgings that is close to the wall to a conveniently tidied and wide place, at the same time does the special convey of cutting edgings. It can prevent the little edgings from dropping into the main saw body, which greatlu reduces the difficulty of cleaning the machine
• The dust removal structure of four edges saw has been optimized, good dust removal result, and to guarantee clean production
• The plate centering of this saw adopts synchronization centering structure, which make processing precision more higher
• The structure of main saw bearing is reasonable, using dip-in lubrication to guarantee the main saw operating stable and reliable, at the same time it also ads high speed scoring saw that makes the edge of cutting board flat and no burr, and broken edge.
• The interface of control screen can statistics output, and remind the sheets pilling that boards achieve a certain quantity, and also monitor in real-time the operation of production line, for alarm reminder operator in time and give the appropriate guidance, supply huminzed operation

Notice:

1. When the depth of the foundation pit is 1200 mm, the packing plate stack is 1300 mm
2. It is recommended to build 100 mm concrete in the foundation pit
   (The size of the foundation pit refers to the size of the inner pit after the concrete is built)
   (The waterproofing treatment of foundation pits shall be dealt with according to the local hydrological and geographical conditions))
