Manipulator device there are 4 pieces of air cylinder for each manipulator to do up press, more flat, reduce beat the board and increase efficiency.

The hydraulic clamp carrier, the tightener device is used hydraulic motor to drive tighten socket which has stable tighten feature. The tightened pressure can adjust according to thickness of work pieces.

The pneumatic clamp carrier, the tightener is a standard device for all clamp carriers, has fast, low noise, long using lift and an minimum trouble air wrench.

Panel flattener device to ensure that the work piece can maintain in the flatness when tightened clamps. Number of panel flattener device, it can increase depend on customer request.

Clamp Carrier Feature 1
Manual hydraulic tightened / fully auto loosen device – upper section use fully auto loosen clamps, bottom section use manual hydraulic motor to tightened clamps. It can save a lot of time and improve productivity
Clamp Carrier Feature 2
Assisted pressing bar (Anti-warp bar), which can pressing and laminating the wood block at the sametime and also can avoid wood board to become warped and make the products flat.
Clamp Carrier Feature 3
Heavy-duty worm gear reducer to ensure the transmission quality of the machinery, and even in the state of unbalanced load rotation the caterpillar chain for rotation feeding is stable.

Fully Automatic Mode – IFFA
Hydraulic tightened / loosen semi-auto move forward and backward device use cross switch to control tightened / loosen hydraulic motor, operation for convenient and quick and it can save a lot of time and improve productivity.

Auto tightened / loosen device – upper section loosen clamps, bottom section tightened clamps. It can save a lot of time and improve productivity.
HMI operating mode, you can set the tightening sequence and the pressure and manual and automatic modes of operation.
