Vacuum area control
The vacuum area of the entire work surface is controlled by 6 indepent switches, which can complete the processing of various workpieces and rationally utilize the suction plate space
Drag chain
Using germany imported gus drag chain, long service life, effectively protect the cable from wear
Lubrication system
The machine is equipped with an automatic oil injection lubrication system to ensure the machining accuracy and prolong the service life
Vacuum pump

Manufacturing Technology
- Integral steel pipe welded bed body beam and cow leg integrated design
- The bed body/cross beam is treated with stress relief
- Bed body/beam processing machine (all imported from Taiwan Quintahedral Gantry Processing Center)
- The table/beam (rail and rack surface) is processed twice on the machining center: milling + drilling; chamfering + tapping + fine milling
- The straightness error of the guide rail/rack mounting surface after processing is ≤ 0.02 mm (full length)
- The flatness error of the guide rail/rack mounting surface after processing is ≤ 0.02 mm (full length)
- Rail/rack installation, the parallelism of guide rail/rack installation is within 0.02 mm (full length)
- Processed parts (Z-axis plate, slide plate, etc. after grinding and CNC one-time drilling and tapping processing)
