Cutter-running Type
- Two tables configuragion permits machining and work piece loading at one time for higher efficiency operation
- Pneumatically operated table and the action of machine on the inside of the protecting guard.
- Tenon machining is performed by a travelling cutter with stationary table, ensuring high machining accuracy.
- Adjusting tenoning : the tenon without removing the door, depth can be conveniently adjusted: Convenient setup of tenon directions at horizontal, vertical and 45⁰
- Table tilts +5⁰ – 20⁰ : the machine can produces various tenons such as straight, miter, dovetail, beveled, round and T-shape tenons.
- Centralized control panel provides convenient operations.
- Designed for producing various types of tenon; production rate up to approximately 800 tenons per hour.
- Variable cutter feed speeds suits to all types of wood material: automatic cutter brake while it stops. Comprehensive cutter guard for operator safety.
- The cutting area is equipped with a rubber dust guard and rubber below to prevent dust from entering into the machine.
- Equipped with a safety switch and a pressure switch for safety protection.
Automatic Twin Table Slot Mortiser
- Two table built at both sides of the machine permits two operators working simultaneously. Production rate up to approximately 800 mortises per hour.
- The machine can produces horizontal and beveled mortises
- The air hydraulic combination cylinder assures extremely smooth motion
- Mortises length and depth are convenlently adjusted.
- Mortise length adjustment mechanism has a mechanical digital readout.
- The mortise slot depth is controlled by a proximity switch, Employs high quality pneumatic parts for dependable motion control. In case of insufficient air pressure, the machine stops for safety protection.
- Cutterhead traverses on precision round bar; assuring maximum wear resistance, long service life and long time accuracy
- Table height is adjustable
- Chisel bit oscillating speed is variable.
- Equipped with a safety switch and a pressure switch for safety protection.
