- APPLICATION : The KA-300 & KA-600 are ideally suited for manufacturing of wood brush handle, knife handle, bamboo or wood rice spoon, various irregular handles.
- COPY SHAPING : The machine use profile cutters, incorporating a copy mechanism to cut workpiece as correct profile, and saving cutter cost.
- HIGH PRODUCTION RATE : The production speed for KA-600 is 3-4pcs per minute ; KA-300 cuts 5-9pcs per minute.
- LABOR SAVING : With the fully automatic performance, thus enable one operator can attend 7-8 machine simultaneously.
- FULLY AUTOMATIC OPERATION : It need to load the material into magazine, the cutting operation is automatically performed.
- MINIMUM STANDING : Since the product surface is very smooth, only a minimum sanding is required.
