This machine automatically removes the dust left over from the plate due to sand light, thus improving the coating quality

• This machine has high dust absorption rate, special design dust collection cover, equipped with a strong haridryer, which can collect all the sand dust in the machine
• The lift adopts a dovetail groove to rise and fall, and with a geight counter, using a double brush, driven by a three-phase induction motor, adjustable belt tensioning, there are 3 sets of adjustable height pressure wheels inside to ensure effective supply of materials and brush wheel bearings. Adopts a series of outer spherical radial bearings with seat
• The belt adopts the stripe series, with a thickness of 3 mm, the conveyor adopts an aluminium alloy shell NRV motor unit and is controlled by a frequency converter
• The cleaning brush is made of nylon, with specification 140 mm, hair length is 25 mm, and hair diameter is 0.15-0.2 mm. The cleaning brush material can be selected to achieve the desired dust removal effect
• The dust removal air inlet adopts the horn mouth design method to force dust removal, and the air induction diameter is Ø90 mm
