Characteristics :
- The machine has characteristic such as stable, powerful, short time press, time and temperature auto-control, front core board auto-position, rear core board auto-joint, exact conglunating auto-controlling width, counter auto-controlling set cutting length or manual controlling cutting length etc. So that it can satisfy the customer to line the bevelling, gum, auto-joint, hot press, and cut-to-length, pressing time is only one third of similar thermocompression (hot press) jointer, so it can save labor cost and multiply production efficiency. Therefore, the machine is the first choice in producing high quality plywood.
- Controlling panel is designed artistically, multifunction, intuitionistic, and easy operated.
- Cooperation of rotary coder with counter can precisely measure the length of arbitrary chosen boards and cut automatically
- Cooperation of optoelectronic switch and timing relay can choose width and position of jointing seam
- Controlling pressing panel is liftingable and displayed, so that is convenient for adjusting and setting
- Counter is manual repositioned, cutting can be realized manually
